CB Private House Cleaning offer regular domestic cleaning services weekly, fortnightly and monthly also one off cleans. We offer a affordable service to meet all your needs. You can forget about the housework and leave everything in our capable hands.
We operate a free key-holding service so if you are not able to be at home our cleaners can still fulfill your clean for you.
You can carry on your daily activities and rest assured that your home will be cleaned thoroughly and professionally.
We pay great attention to detail, if there are any particula areas or items in your home that need special attention or you do not want cleaned, we honor your requests.
Weekly / Fortnightly/Monthly/One Off Cleans include :
All Rooms:
>Dusting,polishing of skirting boards,light fixtures,furniture,sills,shelves,
blinds & decor
>Hoover/sweep/mop all floors,carpets,rugs,stairs and mats
>Clean all glass surfaces,mirrors,wood frames,rails,banisters & radiators
>All bins,dustbins emptied
Kitchen:
>Clean sink,drainer,all work tops,surfaces,hob top,external oven/grill doors
>Clean all brushed/stainless steel appliance surfaces
>Microwave cleaned inside and out including turntable
Bathroom:
>Cleaning of sink,toilet,bath,shower,all taps,fittings,fixtures,shower screen
>Dust/polish of all cabinets & accessories
* Cleaning of Internal Windows, ovens, grills, fridges, tile are available on request as more time is required.
Deep Cleans
If you require a Deep Clean to freshen up your home. CB Private House Cleaning can help you with this service too. Our deep cleaning service is suitable for all customers who do not require a regular cleaning service.
The minimum duration for a deep clean is 4 hours per visit.

There are a few restrictions you should bare in mind. The cleaner will not perform any specialised cleaning on any antique, delicate or valuable items. Also balconies, walls and external window cleaning are excluded from the cleaning services. Windows will only be cleaned internally.
You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don’t have to be in on the day the cleaner comes.
The minimum duration for a weekly, fortnightly,one off clean is 2 hours per visit.
We usually require all cleaning materials and equipment to be provided by the client.
