Terms & Conditions
All bookings for CB PRIVATE HOUSE CLEANING SERVICES are made on these TERMS and CONDITIONS.
Only to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions, whether written or oral.
The Client/Customer agrees that any use of CB Private House Cleaning Services, including placing an order for services by telephone, text message, email, facebook business page or via our website shall constitute the Client's acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Cancel Clean - Minimum of 24 hours Notice
For Customer Cancellation of regular cleans on the cleaning day, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice either by telephone, text message or email.
For Cancellations under the period of 24 hours notice the customers regular clean will be charged.
If the Client needs to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate the requirements.
Termination of Cleaning Services
*The Customer may terminate the whole service by giving one month (30 days) advanced notice and specifying the last cleaning date. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if terminating without 30 days notice. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lockout caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with customer's keys,
*By entering into a service agreement with CB Private House Cleaning Services, the customer/client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic services provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the customer by CB Private House Cleaning Services. If the customer/client wishes to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of £500. The client agrees to pay this fee whether he/she notifies the company of this action or if the company discover this employment independently at any time after it occurs. The client further agrees to reimburse the company for any and all collection of legal fees the company incurs in collecting this fee.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relievant courts of the United Kingdom. CB Private House Cleaning Services reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Should any of the above clauses change all existing customers will be notified.
Holidays
When our customers are away on holiday they ask our cleaners to continue the regular cleaning services arranged while they are away.
If you decide not to use the cleaner while you are away on holiday, please inform CB Private House Cleaning directly. If your regular weekly or fortnightly clean is booked/due while you are away and we are not key holders or you wish not to use our service during your holiday then the client's/customers clean will be charged for that day.
*There are a few restrictions you should bare in mind. The cleaner will not perform any specialised cleaning on any antique, delicate or valuable items.
Also balconies, walls and external window cleaning are excluded from the cleaning services. Windows will only be cleaned internally.
You can leave a set of keys with the cleaner. You don’t have to be in on the day the cleaner comes.
The minimum duration for a weekly, fortnightly,one off clean is 2 hours per visit.
We usually require all cleaning materials and equipment to be provided by the client.
*Cleaning of Internal Windows, ovens, grills, fridges, tiles are available on request as more time is required.
